Yesterday was a NO-day for me! I was feeling down and all I could focus on was my working and financial situation...Early in the afternoon I ran to the local shop and bought all the ingredients I needed to bake this apple cake. It helped, it really did! Maybe it was the smell of cinnamon or the adorable Royal Albert plate..I don't know, but I did feel much better!
