Marvellous Nature

Don't you think red cabbage is wonderful and delicious? I made a red cabbage and red wine risotto a couple of nights ago and am still dreaming about it...

Turning 35 can be fun!

Rob turned 35 yesterday! I believe in life everything is worth a celebration so we threw a litte party with our best friends in town! And I think that even if it was a quite last-minute organisation, it came out ok! I made the invites, the decor and the food. What a responsability!!

Remedy against depression

Yesterday was a NO-day for me! I was feeling down and all I could focus on was my working and financial situation...Early in the afternoon I ran to the local shop and bought all the ingredients I needed to bake this apple cake. It helped, it really did! Maybe it was the smell of cinnamon or the adorable Royal Albert plate..I don't know, but I did feel much better!

I love *everything* in the whitneysmith shop but this cupcake stand is definitely my favourite! Isn't it adorable?!

We are back!

So, we are now back in London. Our weekend in Pescara was simply amazing! We had a very nice and relaxing time, we ate a lot, from breakfast to after-dinners, and did some quality shopping! Among other things, I bought these lovelies, do you like them? They are a-last-season-*bargain*, 170€ from 350€.

Now, answer me this: would you ever pay 350€ for a pair of shoes? I thought 170 for ballerinas was already kinda pricey! I love them though, they are very Springy, don't you think?
